North Tyne Psychology provides therapy for a variety of difficulties within a calm and caring environment. We specialise in complex trauma, neurodiversity and relationship issues.
You may have decided to seek therapy due to symptoms becoming unmanageable, or problems within relationships which seem to be difficult to resolve or overcome.
Taking the decision to embark upon therapy is the first step towards understanding some of these difficulties and working towards changing how you feel. We hope to enable people to feel comfortable to talk about what brings them to therapy, and to work alongside you with the aim of feeling able to function with more ease day-to-day.
